My current status...and a very strange story...

Here's my current status, what I hope to accomplish in the immediate future, and what I might be able to do for you:

As some of you may know, I was terminated from an IT contract in a very strange way...that turned out to have nothing at all to do with me. But I didn't know that at the time!

I don't want to mention any names, because I'm not interested in getting anybody into trouble. But there IS a lesson here for people in management!

Looking for mainframe IT work in the American South

I'm looking for mainframe IT work (Cobol, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, etc. etc.) - preferably permanent work if there is any such thing any more; otherwise another contract assignment. Anywhere in the American South would be fine. We are in the Miami area now but we have a large RV and can travel anywhere in the South.
